Is miley Cyrus growing up too fast??

These are both pictures of Miley Cyrus. First of all she is 15 not some 17 or 18 year old. These picture are way diffrent.I just couldnt find other ones on Yahoo search. On the right she looks just like a 15 year old. But now she is changing her look, but why? The image on the left shows her in a short dress.She sometimes looks not her age. And that one with way to much make up makes her look older but she is still just 15. Im not trying to post bad things about Miley its just that she needs to be more her age and not going partying at late night. ~Anastasiya
